This is our brand new remote service available to anyone wih a broadband conection.
If you require our remote assistance from one of our A+ certified technicians there are a few steps to follow before we can connect.
You can find information about how this software works from the links on the left.
1. first you must run this online speed test and check you have a minimum 1.5 mbps dowload speed and a 200 kbps upload speed.
If the test comes back with the speeds over 1.5 mbps download and 200 kbps upload you can continue to step 2
If you are unsure if you have a quick enough connection you can contact us for verification.
2. Contact us via email or phone to setup a time when is good to log in and do the work and discuss what needs to be done and take your payment details.
3. We will email you with a link you must follow. Install the software attached to the email by following the onscreen instructions.
Important note;
If you do not have a password to access your windows or Mac account, on installation of the remote control software it will ask you to insert a key please insert ( Tuscanypcclinic ) as the key.
4. Sit back and watch us fix everything for you!
While we are fixing your computer you can chat to us using the software.

2 Hours remote assistance 120.00 EUR
We only accept credit card payment for remote assistance and will take the information over the phone to charge your card.
