Our Contracts
With all contracts there are set call out charge remaining at 60.00 Euros for every visit.
1 year contract 1 machine 2000.00 Euros
1 year contract 2 machines 2600.00 Euros
1 year contact 3 machines 2900.00 Euros
1 year contact 4 machines 3500.00 Euros
1 year contract up to 10 machines 5000.00 Euros (office use generally)
All contracts include antivirus managed by us with the capability to log into your machine offsite and make any repairs or adjustments needed.
All contracts also include unlimited phone and email assistance 24/7/365 and no hourly charge no matter how long the job takes.
Our over phone assistance is charged at 10.00 euro per 30 minuet conversation not billed to you phone company but to yourself for clients without a contract.
